This is to inform the public that the Hospital intends to destroy the records of Indoor patients admitted from 1st April 2019 to 31st March 2020.
Those interested in preserving any case papers are requested to write to the medical Director within 30 days from the date of this notice, after this period, the hospital will not be held responsible for any loss or unavailability of the records.
The last date to submit an application is 10th May 2025.
