OPD Registration:

Every patient who seeks treatment in our hospital must register himself/herself by paying a registration fee for his or her first visit and for every re-visit at counter No.55. Here your case paper will be filled and you will be given a registration number, which is to be submitted to the Doctors in the respective OPD’s.
