Admission
Admissions between 8.00 am to 6.00 pm are admitted through the Admission Counter (Counter No- 65). Admissions beyond this time frame and under Emergency are admitted through the Casualty Departments. Patients admitted through the Admission Counter are required to pay an Advance deposit at Counter No.A-42 (in the Billing Dept.) and those admitted through the Casualty department have to make the payment at the Casualty itself. The Advance deposit to be paid will vary according to the class of bed the patients select. The deposit receipt has to be preserved until the discharge.
OB Registration:
Expectant mothers who wish to deliver in our hospital are required to register their name and pay Rs.1000/- (non-refundable) considered as deposit at the time of admission at Counter No.A-42.
Credit facility for company patients:
If the company/organization that the patient is currently employed with enjoys credit facility with the hospital, then at the time of admission the patient is required to produce an authorization letter for credit at the Admission Counter.
Please Note:
Patients who are to be admitted are expected to bring along their own toiletries like toothpaste, toothbrush, comb, soap and towels. These can also be purchased from our Pharmacy.
Admission for Surgery:
Patients who have to undergo any surgery are required to get admitted on the previous day itself before 6.00pm. They should bring along all their reports including those done outside the hospital. The medical fitness assessment is preferably to be completed prior to admission.

Charges:
The Deposit Schedule and the Schedule of charges for the different rooms are available at the Admission Counter. The charges for the various services and facilities would depend upon the class of room you select. Rooms are charged from midnight to midnight.

The Day of discharge is charged as one day irrespective of the time of discharge.
Also, Admission & Discharge within 24 hrs is charged as one day.
Transfer:
In case of transfer on request from lower class to a higher-class bed, the bed charges will be as per tariff from the date of change and the services will be charged as per the higher class with retrospective effect from the date of admission. On the day of transfer the room charge applicable will be of the higher bed.
In case of transfer on request from higher class to lower class bed, the bed charges will be as per tariff from the date of change and the services will be charged as per the lower class from the date of change requested. Consent form for the same to be signed by the patient/relatives.
Discharge of Patients:
Patients will be discharged by the respective consultants. Bills are handed over to the patient/patient’s relative in the respective wards for clearance at the Billing Department (A-42)located on the ground floor. The patient is required to show the payment receipt of the final bill
Birth Records: Before your discharge make sure that you collect the birth record of your newborn child. Make sure that all the particulars have been correctly filled. Any discrepancies or mistakes discovered later may pose serious problems.
No tips should be given to any of the staff in the hospital
Feed Back Form:
Our prime focus is the patient’s well being. We value our patient’s inputs in the form of suggestions or comments based on your experiences during your stay in the hospital. We would be highly obliged if you would be frank while filling the feedback form as it would help the hospital authorities to review and improve the services. It is not compulsory to include your name in the feedback form. Kindly put the completed feedback form in the suggestion box placed at the Nursing station at each ward before you leave the hospital.
Concessions:
Financial assistance is made available to those patients who cannot afford to pay for their hospital stay, at our Social Service Department, room no.56.
The patient/guardian is required to sign a Consent form at the time of admission to the hospital. Before any surgery/special procedure is carried out, the patient/guardian is required to sign the “Consent for Surgery form”.
Disclosure of Medical History :
A Self Disclosure form of medical history is to be filled by the patient/guardian at the time of admission.
Consultants:
We have competent doctors as consultants on our panel. At the time of admission, the patient is referred to the respective consultant/ any other consultant in his/her absence. Every consultant has junior doctors who would assist in the treatment. Consultants would make visits on a daily basis or as per requirement.
Health Care Teams :
Patients are under the care and support of a team of qualified nurses and other health care personnel.
Diet:
Patients are served as per the prescribed diet. The lunch timings are as follows:
Medicines:
We have a full-fledged pharmacy with medicines from standard companies and follow stringent quality control measures.
Visitors:
On payment of the deposit at the time of admission, two visitors pass are issued per patient. Children below 10 years are not allowed inside to visit patients. Visitors are not provided with meals, neither they are allowed to wash their linen in the hospital.
Visiting Hours:
Weekdays: 4.00pm – 7.30pm.
Sunday : 10.00am -11.30am & 4.00pm – 7.30pm.
Security Services:
Security Personnel are at your service to facilitate you better. Please co-operate with them, following the regulations of the hospital.
Valuables:
The hospital will not be responsible for the loss of any valuables – money, mobiles or ornaments etc. from the hospital premises.
